党(dang)史(shi)(shi)学习(xi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)启动(dong)以(yi)来(lai),东(dong)(dong)北大学学工系(xi)统深(shen)(shen)入学习(xi)贯彻习(xi)近平(ping)总(zong)书记(ji)在党(dang)史(shi)(shi)学习(xi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)动(dong)员(yuan)大会上的(de)重要讲话精(jing)神(shen)和党(dang)中央决策部署,提高政(zheng)治站(zhan)位、加(jia)强组织(zhi)领导,坚持(chi)精(jing)心谋划、系(xi)统设计,聚焦主题(ti)、强化(hua)引领,坚守(shou)一(yi)(yi)线(xian)、全员(yuan)育(yu)人,学做结合、以(yi)知促(cu)行(xing)(xing),深(shen)(shen)入推(tui)进(jin)东(dong)(dong)北大学“一(yi)(yi)五一(yi)(yi)十(shi)”思政(zheng)文化(hua)育(yu)人一(yi)(yi)体化(hua)平(ping)台建(jian)设,扎扎实实开展党(dang)史(shi)(shi)学习(xi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)各项(xiang)工作,有效抓好党(dang)史(shi)(shi)学习(xi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)精(jing)准落实,推(tui)动(dong)党(dang)史(shi)(shi)学习(xi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)走深(shen)(shen)走实、见(jian)行(xing)(xing)见(jian)效,以(yi)扎实有力的(de)党(dang)史(shi)(shi)学习(xi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)引领思政(zheng)工作高质量发展。

一、谋划:精(jing)心规划设计,协同推进共筑党史学习(xi)教育“大格局”

东(dong)北(bei)大(da)(da)(da)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)系(xi)统精心谋划(hua)安(an)排,加(jia)强系(xi)统设计,通过促进(jin)(jin)“三(san)(san)个(ge)(ge)融(rong)合(he)(he)”、细(xi)化(hua)分(fen)类(lei)指(zhi)导(dao)(dao)(dao)、一(yi)体(ti)化(hua)构建(jian)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)体(ti)系(xi),推(tui)(tui)动党(dang)史(shi)(shi)(shi)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)习(xi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)纵(zong)向贯通、横向联(lian)通,确保党(dang)史(shi)(shi)(shi)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)习(xi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)取(qu)得(de)(de)实(shi)效。一(yi)是(shi)创(chuang)新(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)理念(nian),促进(jin)(jin)“三(san)(san)个(ge)(ge)融(rong)合(he)(he)”。将党(dang)史(shi)(shi)(shi)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)习(xi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)置于(yu)思(si)想(xiang)政治(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)高质(zhi)量(liang)发展(zhan)全(quan)局(ju)当中,全(quan)面统筹大(da)(da)(da)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想(xiang)政治(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)各领域(yu)、各环节、各方面的(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)资源和(he)(he)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)力(li)量(liang),建(jian)立(li)健全(quan)系(xi)统化(hua)长(zhang)效机(ji)制,促进(jin)(jin)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思(si)政与思(si)政课程和(he)(he)课程思(si)政相融(rong)合(he)(he),与学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)党(dang)建(jian)相融(rong)合(he)(he),与人(ren)(ren)才培养和(he)(he)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)建(jian)设相融(rong)合(he)(he)的(de)(de)“三(san)(san)个(ge)(ge)融(rong)合(he)(he)”,实(shi)现新(xin)(xin)时代背景下高水平(ping)人(ren)(ren)才培养目标(biao)。二是(shi)坚持因地(di)制宜,细(xi)化(hua)分(fen)类(lei)指(zhi)导(dao)(dao)(dao)。在学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校党(dang)委统一(yi)领导(dao)(dao)(dao)下,学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)系(xi)统结(jie)合(he)(he)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)实(shi)际、明确目标(biao)任务、落细(xi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)要求,第一(yi)时间(jian)制定《东(dong)北(bei)大(da)(da)(da)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)系(xi)统关(guan)于(yu)开展(zhan)党(dang)史(shi)(shi)(shi)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)习(xi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)实(shi)施方案》,指(zhi)导(dao)(dao)(dao)各学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院结(jie)合(he)(he)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)建(jian)设和(he)(he)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)特点分(fen)类(lei)制定学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)习(xi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)实(shi)施方案,做到“规定动作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)”扎(zha)扎(zha)实(shi)实(shi)、“自选动作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)”特色鲜明,全(quan)力(li)推(tui)(tui)动党(dang)史(shi)(shi)(shi)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)习(xi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)落地(di)生(sheng)(sheng)根(gen),学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)获得(de)(de)感不(bu)断(duan)提升。三(san)(san)是(shi)坚持协同联(lian)动,一(yi)体(ti)化(hua)构建(jian)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)体(ti)系(xi)。立(li)足于(yu)全(quan)面落实(shi)和(he)(he)不(bu)断(duan)丰富学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)“教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)、管理、指(zhi)导(dao)(dao)(dao)、服务、能(neng)力(li)素质(zhi)拓展(zhan)”五(wu)项职(zhi)能(neng),创(chuang)新(xin)(xin)构建(jian)东(dong)北(bei)大(da)(da)(da)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)“一(yi)五(wu)一(yi)十”思(si)政文化(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)一(yi)体(ti)化(hua)平(ping)台(tai)(tai),建(jian)设“一(yi)五(wu)一(yi)十”大(da)(da)(da)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想(xiang)政治(zhi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)主阵地(di)建(jian)设平(ping)台(tai)(tai)、大(da)(da)(da)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想(xiang)政治(zhi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)创(chuang)新(xin)(xin)发展(zhan)中心、学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)“云成长(zhang)”一(yi)体(ti)化(hua)大(da)(da)(da)数据平(ping)台(tai)(tai)、大(da)(da)(da)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想(xiang)政治(zhi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)科(ke)(ke)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)评价体(ti)系(xi)平(ping)台(tai)(tai)、大(da)(da)(da)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想(xiang)政治(zhi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)队伍(wu)建(jian)设平(ping)台(tai)(tai)等“五(wu)个(ge)(ge)子平(ping)台(tai)(tai)”,以全(quan)校各学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院、多部分(fen)的(de)(de)项目化(hua)建(jian)设深入推(tui)(tui)进(jin)(jin)以“党(dang)史(shi)(shi)(shi)”为(wei)龙头的(de)(de)“四史(shi)(shi)(shi)”学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)习(xi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu),全(quan)力(li)打通育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)最后一(yi)公里(li)。 

二(er)、深耕:聚焦主题主线,多维(wei)融(rong)通释放党史学习(xi)教育“全动能”

东北大学学工系统将党史学习教育与主题宣讲、网络思政微课堂、日常主题教育活动和精品项目活动四个方面深度融合,引领东大学子在“学”“思”“践”“悟”中“明理增信、崇德力行”。一是深化教育宣传,将党史学习教育融入主题宣讲报告会。组建“学习报国”青年宣讲团、优秀辅导员讲师团,开展“学党史、知党情、悟初心,争做新时代青年”名家讲坛、“礼敬百年•青春向党”百场报告进班级、“东大青年红色理论‘百年百讲’”“忆百年砥砺•谱青春华章”主题宣讲等系列宣讲,引导学生肩负历史使命,坚定前进信心,立大志、明大德、成大才、担大任,努力成为堪当民族复兴重任的时代新人。二是聚焦价值塑造,将党史学习教育融入网络思政微课堂。筑牢“云端思政”,开展“师说思语”思政微课堂、“对话•成长”班导师微课堂、“思•享”云课堂等活动,通过“东大人”微信平台和东北大学易班网,开设“大国华章”等党和国家建设成果展示、“‘四史’韵悠长”等思政文化育人网络系列宣传教育专栏,充分发挥网络思政育人功能。三是突出思想引领,将党史学习教育融入日常主题教育活动。以建党百年为契机,坚持五育并举教育体系,组织富有实效的主题班会及主题团日实践活动、网络教育活动、指导服务类活动等,开展“薪火相继重温百年辉煌 自强不息再述世纪峥嵘”创意作品设计征集、“视觉中国”庆祝建党100周年美(mei)育(yu)专题项(xiang)目等,以党(dang)(dang)(dang)建为(wei)引领(ling),深(shen)入推进一(yi)站式学(xue)(xue)生社区建设,引导(dao)学(xue)(xue)生深(shen)刻把握党(dang)(dang)(dang)的(de)百年奋(fen)斗史(shi)中(zhong)蕴含的(de)历史(shi)逻辑(ji)、理(li)论逻辑(ji)和(he)实践(jian)逻辑(ji),筑牢(lao)听党(dang)(dang)(dang)话跟党(dang)(dang)(dang)走的(de)思想根基(ji)。四是凸(tu)显育(yu)人(ren)实效,将党(dang)(dang)(dang)史(shi)学(xue)(xue)习教育(yu)融入精(jing)(jing)品(pin)项(xiang)目建设活(huo)动(dong)(dong)。加大力(li)度(du)支持、培育(yu)学(xue)(xue)生工作(zuo)精(jing)(jing)品(pin)项(xiang)目和(he)优秀成果,举(ju)办(ban)“献礼建党(dang)(dang)(dang)100周年 谱(pu)写青春(chun)绚丽(li)华章”“大学(xue)(xue)声”学(xue)(xue)生成长(zhang)计划、毕业生谢师礼、“党(dang)(dang)(dang)史(shi)青年荟”等精(jing)(jing)品(pin)活(huo)动(dong)(dong),在校内外网络新(xin)媒体平(ping)台(tai)宣(xuan)传推广,充(chong)分发(fa)挥精(jing)(jing)品(pin)项(xiang)目活(huo)动(dong)(dong)的(de)育(yu)人(ren)功能(neng),促(cu)进学(xue)(xue)生在党(dang)(dang)(dang)史(shi)学(xue)(xue)习中(zhong)激发(fa)信仰、获(huo)得启(qi)发(fa)、汲取力(li)量。

三、聚力(li):坚持(chi)全员育人,多元队伍合(he)力(li)奏(zou)响党(dang)史(shi)学习教(jiao)育“最强(qiang)音(yin)”

四、促行:赓(geng)续育人(ren)使命,学(xue)做结(jie)合(he)对(dui)标党史学(xue)习教(jiao)育“干实事”
