西北农(nong)林科技大学深入(ru)(ru)学习贯彻习近平新(xin)(xin)时代中国特(te)色社会(hui)主义思(si)想和党(dang)的二十大精神,全面(mian)落实(shi)立德树(shu)(shu)人(ren)根本任务,践行(xing)为党(dang)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)、为国育(yu)(yu)(yu)才(cai)初心使命,培养德智体美劳全面(mian)发展的社会(hui)主义建设者和接(jie)班人(ren),帮助(zhu)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)新(xin)(xin)生(sheng)树(shu)(shu)立正确的世界(jie)观、人(ren)生(sheng)观、价值观,厚植(zhi)爱党(dang)、爱国、爱校情怀。学校针对研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)学业(ye)生(sheng)涯和成(cheng)长成(cheng)才(cai)特(te)点,特(te)别规划(hua)了“1周+1年”“1院+1策”入(ru)(ru)学教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)模式。将开学集中教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)周和新(xin)(xin)生(sheng)入(ru)(ru)学教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)年相结(jie)合(he)、学校整体规划(hua)和学院特(te)色教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)相结(jie)合(he)、专业(ye)教(jiao)师教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)与朋辈引领相结(jie)合(he),有计划(hua)、分层次、全覆盖(gai)推进研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)生(sheng)入(ru)(ru)学教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)走深走实(shi)。
立德树人,守正创新,做传统且新颖的情怀教育。在入(ru)学集(ji)中(zhong)教育(yu)阶段,采(cai)用线上线下结合的(de)形式开展(zhan)(zhan)十(shi)余(yu)场大(da)型入(ru)学教育(yu)讲(jiang)座(zuo),邀(yao)请校党委副书(shu)记(ji)闫祖书(shu)、中(zhong)南大(da)学教授唐海波等数(shu)十(shi)位专家,从理想信念、党史国情(qing)、安全法治(zhi)、校史校情(qing)、知农爱农、素质(zhi)发展(zhan)(zhan)、身心健(jian)康(kang)等十(shi)二个(ge)方面开展(zhan)(zhan)集(ji)中(zhong)教育(yu)。引(yin)导(dao)新生(sheng)(sheng)读原(yuan)(yuan)文、悟(wu)原(yuan)(yuan)理,深入(ru)学习贯(guan)彻落实党的(de)二十(shi)大(da)精神、习近(jin)平总书(shu)记(ji)给(ji)全国涉农高校的(de)书(shu)记(ji)校长和(he)专家代表重要回信、给(ji)中(zhong)国农业大(da)学科(ke)技小院(yuan)学生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)重要回信精神,帮助新生(sheng)(sheng)培育(yu)爱国之情(qing),砥(di)砺强国之志;组织全体新生(sheng)(sheng)观看话(hua)剧《共产(chan)党宣(xuan)言》,教育(yu)引(yin)导(dao)广(guang)大(da)研(yan)究生(sheng)(sheng)增强“四(si)(si)个(ge)意识”、坚定“四(si)(si)个(ge)自信”、做到(dao)“两(liang)个(ge)维护(hu)”;观看话(hua)剧《雕(diao)虫沧(cang)桑(sang)》,感悟(wu)老一辈西农建(jian)设者和(he)科(ke)学家的(de)精神伟力,领会(hui)“西农精神”的(de)深刻内涵;参观博览园(yuan)、三号教学楼(lou)等历史建(jian)筑(zhu)和(he)于右任、辛(xin)树帜等建(jian)设者雕(diao)像;讲(jiang)述学校肩(jian)负的(de)历史重任和(he)发展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)艰(jian)辛(xin)历程(cheng),培养爱校荣校、学农爱农情(qing)怀。
