一、突出课程引领,创新工业底蕴与时代精神共融互促的育人体系

二、强化实践赋能,打通思政课堂与社会课堂知行合一的教育路径

建强思(si)政(zheng)(zheng)工作队伍。学(xue)(xue)校以育(yu)人需求(qiu)为导(dao)(dao)(dao)向,秉持“引培并举(ju)”的工作思(si)路(lu),聚焦选(xuan)、引、转(zhuan)、兼(jian)四(si)个方(fang)面,完善(shan)马克思(si)主义学(xue)(xue)院人才引进政(zheng)(zheng)策,深化思(si)政(zheng)(zheng)课兼(jian)职(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)聘任与管(guan)理机制改革,形成师(shi)(shi)资(zi)系统融合(he)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)双向融合(he)、师(shi)(shi)生发展融合(he)的“思(si)政(zheng)(zheng)育(yu)人共(gong)同体”。实(shi)施 “思(si)政(zheng)(zheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)导(dao)(dao)(dao)师(shi)(shi)结对计(ji)划”,以素质(zhi)提(ti)升(sheng)为重点,加大青年教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)培养(yang)力(li)度。注(zhu)重对思(si)政(zheng)(zheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)的教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)能力(li)培养(yang),通过定期培训、集体备课会、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)研讨、师(shi)(shi)生座谈会、专家(jia)指导(dao)(dao)(dao)会等方(fang)式,提(ti)升(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)专业(ye)素养(yang)与教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)能力(li),探索实(shi)践教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)新模式和(he)(he)(he)新方(fang)法。发挥校内(nei)专业(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)的作用(yong),组建具有企业(ye)管(guan)理经验或者(zhe)创业(ye)背景的优秀教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)团队,参(can)与到学(xue)(xue)生的职(zhi)业(ye)规划课程教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)中,他们结合(he)创业(ye)经历讲述职(zhi)场故事,以“过来人”的视(shi)角帮助学(xue)(xue)生及(ji)早认(ren)识(shi)自己(ji)的优势(shi)和(he)(he)(he)不足,解开学(xue)(xue)生成长中的困惑,实(shi)现“知识(shi)传授”和(he)(he)(he)“价值引领”有机统一。
强化(hua)(hua)协同(tong)育(yu)人(ren)。学(xue)校(xiao)创(chuang)(chuang)建(jian)了集党建(jian)、教(jiao)学(xue)、科研、管理、服务(wu)(wu)于一(yi)体的“一(yi)站(zhan)式”笃行(xing)(xing)社(she)区,建(jian)设工匠精神展馆等(deng)多主题社(she)区文化(hua)(hua),拓(tuo)展思政教(jiao)育(yu)空(kong)间。创(chuang)(chuang)新学(xue)校(xiao)、家庭、社(she)会协同(tong)育(yu)人(ren)机(ji)制,首创(chuang)(chuang)“融合(he)(he)(he)(he)式”家访(fang),联合(he)(he)(he)(he)省内(nei)(nei)(nei)外5所高(gao)校(xiao)赴甘肃(su)等(deng)地(di)实地(di)家访(fang),建(jian)立“线上+线下”常态化(hua)(hua)沟通平台。充分发挥行(xing)(xing)业特色,拓(tuo)展政产(chan)教(jiao)合(he)(he)(he)(he)作内(nei)(nei)(nei)涵,依托校(xiao)地(di)校(xiao)企合(he)(he)(he)(he)作项(xiang)目,推动社(she)会力(li)量、社(she)会资(zi)源嵌入“大(da)思政课”体系。突出多元参与主体优(you)势互补,扩展兼(jian)(jian)职教(jiao)师队伍,深入推进“双导师制”,选(xuan)聘(pin)行(xing)(xing)业专家、专业技术人(ren)才和高(gao)技能人(ren)才担任(ren)教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)学(xue)和实践创(chuang)(chuang)新任(ren)务(wu)(wu),由企业导师手(shou)把(ba)手(shou)传授技艺,形(xing)成“学(xue)生问—教(jiao)师答—兼(jian)(jian)职教(jiao)师示范引领”的共学(xue)共育(yu)机(ji)制,深化(hua)(hua)有现实温度、有实践厚度、有思想深度的育(yu)人(ren)课程内(nei)(nei)(nei)涵。
