以全员进驻为基,贴近学生一线育人。积极发(fa)挥(hui)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)区(qu)综合(he)管理模式(shi)建设(she)试点(dian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)领导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)小组和学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)区(qu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)指导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)委员(yuan)会的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,构建科学(xue)(xue)高效的(de)(de)(de)联(lian)动(dong)机制(zhi),深度(du)发(fa)挥(hui)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)队(dui)(dui)伍(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)力(li)量(liang)。辅(fu)导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)员(yuan)队(dui)(dui)伍(wu)(wu)进(jin)驻。坚(jian)持“政治强、业(ye)务(wu)精”的(de)(de)(de)原则,严把育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)队(dui)(dui)伍(wu)(wu)入口关(guan)。建强专兼(jian)职辅(fu)导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)员(yuan)队(dui)(dui)伍(wu)(wu),依托(tuo)辅(fu)导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)员(yuan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)(shi),每周固定时(shi)间开(kai)展(zhan)各类咨(zi)询(xun),每月开(kai)设(she)1次主题沙龙。领导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)干部进(jin)驻。落实(shi)(shi)“新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)之友”寝室(shi)(shi)联(lian)系(xi)(xi)制(zhi)度(du),落实(shi)(shi)校领导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)深入基层联(lian)系(xi)(xi)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),每位校领导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)都担(dan)任“新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)之友”联(lian)系(xi)(xi)一个(ge)寝室(shi)(shi);推(tui)动(dong)校领导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)、专业(ye)教(jiao)师(shi)、机关(guan)干部等(deng)(deng)3000余名教(jiao)师(shi)走(zou)进(jin)园区(qu)与新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)开(kai)展(zhan)启(qi)航交流(liu),引(yin)领学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)大学(xue)(xue)旅程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)第一道(dao)方向。院(yuan)系(xi)(xi)队(dui)(dui)伍(wu)(wu)进(jin)驻。在学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)区(qu)建设(she)院(yuan)系(xi)(xi)一站式(shi)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)服(fu)务(wu)站,将(jiang)院(yuan)系(xi)(xi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)力(li)量(liang)优势资源下沉(chen)至(zhi)社(she)区(qu),将(jiang)6个(ge)方面的(de)(de)(de)31个(ge)条(tiao)目与院(yuan)系(xi)(xi)参与“一站式(shi)”社(she)区(qu)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)切入点(dian)和协同(tong)发(fa)力(li)点(dian)结合(he)起(qi)来,推(tui)进(jin)学(xue)(xue)业(ye)、评奖、心理帮扶(fu)等(deng)(deng)方面的(de)(de)(de)园院(yuan)协同(tong)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)往(wang)深里走(zou)、往(wang)心里走(zou)、往(wang)实(shi)(shi)里走(zou)。名师(shi)队(dui)(dui)伍(wu)(wu)进(jin)驻。成立(li)名师(shi)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)(shi),每周组织“新(xin)同(tong)学(xue)(xue),如何走(zou)好第一步”等(deng)(deng)“有(you)约(yue)”活(huo)动(dong),聘请名师(shi)专家每周五晚为学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)提供职业(ye)规划、课程(cheng)指导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)等(deng)(deng)主题一对(dui)一咨(zi)询(xun)服(fu)务(wu)。社(she)区(qu)着力(li)推(tui)动(dong)专业(ye)导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)师(shi)入园育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)制(zhi)度(du),联(lian)动(dong)专业(ye)院(yuan)系(xi)(xi)教(jiao)授、青年教(jiao)师(shi)等(deng)(deng)力(li)量(liang),共有(you)21位育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)导(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)师(shi)分布三(san)大学(xue)(xue)园,开(kai)展(zhan)一对(dui)一预约(yue)咨(zi)询(xun)、小型沙龙、主题报告、直播答疑等(deng)(deng)创新(xin)性活(huo)动(dong),构建育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)队(dui)(dui)伍(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)德育(yu)共同(tong)体。
