江苏科(ke)技(ji)大(da)学(xue)紧密围(wei)绕立德(de)树人(ren)根本(ben)任务,以高质量人(ren)才培养为(wei)目(mu)标(biao),以学(xue)生思想政治教(jiao)育为(wei)主线,紧扣行业特色型(xing)高校(xiao)办学(xue)定位,构建“一(yi)站式”学(xue)生社(she)区“一(yi)舵、两锚、三帆、四桨”管理新(xin)模式,将学(xue)校(xiao)“江海襟怀、同(tong)舟(zhou)共济、扬帆致远(yuan)”的“船(chuan)魂”精神落到实处。
一、坚持党建引领,把稳思想之舵
江苏科技大学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)在学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)党(dang)(dang)委(wei)领(ling)导(dao)下,持续推进党(dang)(dang)建(jian)工(gong)作进社(she)(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu),在学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)建(jian)立功能型(xing)党(dang)(dang)团(tuan)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu),实施党(dang)(dang)员(yuan)责(ze)任社(she)(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)网格化(hua)管理,引(yin)导(dao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)党(dang)(dang)员(yuan)主(zhu)动亮明身份、践行群(qun)众路线,提(ti)升社(she)(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)党(dang)(dang)建(jian)育(yu)人(ren)实效。蓝(lan)途社(she)(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)将荣获教(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)(bu)第三批“全国(guo)党(dang)(dang)建(jian)工(gong)作样(yang)板(ban)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)”称号的(de)景荣春(chun)党(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)引(yin)进社(she)(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu),建(jian)设“悦习驿站”党(dang)(dang)员(yuan)之家,举办(ban)“红心向党(dang)(dang)重温入党(dang)(dang)誓词”系(xi)列主(zhu)题(ti)(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)活动,引(yin)导(dao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)传(chuan)承(cheng)红色(se)基因、牢记(ji)初心使命(ming)。灯(deng)塔(ta)社(she)(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)充分发挥学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)党(dang)(dang)员(yuan)先(xian)(xian)锋(feng)模范作用,设置学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)党(dang)(dang)员(yuan)先(xian)(xian)锋(feng)岗(gang)和责(ze)任区(qu)(qu),开展“一(yi)名党(dang)(dang)员(yuan)带(dai)好一(yi)个(ge)宿舍、带(dai)优(you)一(yi)个(ge)楼层、带(dai)活一(yi)个(ge)楼栋”的(de)“灯(deng)塔(ta)行动”,持续推进党(dang)(dang)建(jian)工(gong)作与(yu)“一(yi)站式”学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)建(jian)设深(shen)度(du)融合。自信(xin)社(she)(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)推动学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)党(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)将“三会(hui)一(yi)课(ke)”开进社(she)(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu),由(you)校(xiao)院(yuan)党(dang)(dang)政(zheng)干(gan)部(bu)(bu)、教(jiao)师党(dang)(dang)员(yuan)、学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)党(dang)(dang)员(yuan)组(zu)(zu)成师生(sheng)(sheng)宣讲团(tuan)在社(she)(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)开展“党(dang)(dang)员(yuan)讲坛”“信(xin)仰公(gong)开课(ke)”,组(zu)(zu)织《雷(lei)锋(feng)日记(ji)》《守住底线:69封廉(lian)政(zheng)家书》等多场专题(ti)(ti)读书会(hui),持续强化(hua)思想(xiang)理论教(jiao)育(yu)成效。

二、提升(sheng)治理效(xiao)能,压实护航之锚
紧密围绕智(zhi)慧校园和平(ping)安(an)(an)(an)(an)社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)建(jian)(jian)设(she),充(chong)分依(yi)托信息技术切实(shi)(shi)推动社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)管理(li)理(li)念转变(bian)和管理(li)方(fang)式创新,有效支撑教育(yu)(yu)管理(li)决(jue)策(ce),提升社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)治理(li)效能。持(chi)续建(jian)(jian)设(she)完善“一(yi)站式”学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)事务线上、线下自助办理(li)平(ping)台,常态化提供学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)自入学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)到毕业(ye)(ye)的各类服务,高(gao)(gao)效、精准对接学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)需求;利用(yong)(yong)大数据平(ping)台,根据学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)业(ye)(ye)表现、奖惩(cheng)等实(shi)(shi)际数据,全(quan)面(mian)构建(jian)(jian)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)个人画像和“学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)涯档案(an)”,帮助学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)合(he)理(li)规划学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)业(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)涯,辅助辅导员、班主任开展教育(yu)(yu)指(zhi)导、实(shi)(shi)施(shi)精准帮扶。通过设(she)置社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)文化墙等方(fang)式,强化社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)教育(yu)(yu),增强学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)责任意识;着力拓展校外资源(yuan),蓝途社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)联合(he)高(gao)(gao)校园区(qu)(qu)(qu)派出所,组织学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)参(can)加防诈(zha)宣讲等安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)实(shi)(shi)践(jian)活动,实(shi)(shi)地感受(shou)电信反诈(zha)工(gong)作“战场”,引(yin)导学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)切身(shen)体(ti)会安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)教育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作的重要性。自信社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)定期邀请专业(ye)(ye)人员进(jin)社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)开展国(guo)家(jia)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)、消防安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)、人身(shen)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)、财产安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)等专题讲座及体(ti)验式活动,用(yong)(yong)真实(shi)(shi)的案(an)例(li)和数据增强学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)意识和自我保护能力,推进(jin)平(ping)安(an)(an)(an)(an)社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)建(jian)(jian)设(she)。

四、拓宽(kuan)育人渠(qu)道(dao),划稳助力之桨
