常州工业(ye)职业(ye)技术(shu)学院牢记“为(wei)党育人(ren)、为(wei)国育才”初心使命,落实立德树人(ren)根本任务,充分发挥(hui)江苏省首批党建示范校、1个(ge)全国党建标(biao)杆院(yuan)系、3个全国(guo)党(dang)(dang)建(jian)样板支部的党(dang)(dang)建(jian)“双(shuang)创”示(shi)范(fan)辐射效应,切(qie)实发(fa)挥基层(ceng)党(dang)(dang)组织、广大党(dang)(dang)员在(zai)“一(yi)站(zhan)式”学(xue)生社区(qu)综合(he)管理(li)模(mo)式建(jian)设中的战(zhan)斗堡垒与(yu)先锋模(mo)范(fan)作用(yong),功(gong)能布局(ju)一(yi)体设计、育人力量一(yi)体运用(yong)、育人资源一(yi)体融合(he)、关键举(ju)措一(yi)体推进(jin),精(jing)心打造(zao)“守望·常工(gong)业(ye)”社区育(yu)人品牌,让集思想教育(yu)、师生交流、文化活(huo)动、生活(huo)服务于一体的宜(yi)居宜(yi)学守望之地(di)、幸(xing)福家园(yuan)更加“好看”。
一、一体谋划 把脉定向,筑牢学生社区治理之基
构建党(dang)(dang)委(wei)统一领(ling)导、学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)部(bu)牵头、有关职能部(bu)门与群团组(zu)织各(ge)负(fu)其责(ze)、二级学(xue)(xue)(xue)院全(quan)员(yuan)协同配(pei)合(he)(he)的“一站式(shi)”学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)综(zong)合(he)(he)管理(li)模(mo)式(shi)建设工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)格局(ju)。成(cheng)立党(dang)(dang)委(wei)书记、校(xiao)长任(ren)组(zu)长的学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)综(zong)合(he)(he)管理(li)模(mo)式(shi)建设工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)领(ling)导小组(zu),党(dang)(dang)委(wei)会(hui)、院长办公会(hui)每(mei)年(nian)4次专题(ti)研究学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)建设。组(zu)建学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)党(dang)(dang)工(gong)(gong)委(wei),由分管学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的党(dang)(dang)委(wei)委(wei)员(yuan)、副校(xiao)长兼(jian)任(ren)党(dang)(dang)工(gong)(gong)委(wei)书记,系统设计建设的创新思(si)路(lu)和推(tui)进(jin)策(ce)略。践行学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)“一三(san)五”党(dang)(dang)建工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)体系和“生(sheng)(sheng)态赋能型(xing)”党(dang)(dang)建工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)模(mo)式(shi),每(mei)年(nian)召(zhao)开党(dang)(dang)建引领(ling)社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)建设研讨会(hui)2次,创新社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)党(dang)(dang)团组(zu)织功能实现方式(shi),成(cheng)立社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)功能型(xing)党(dang)(dang)支部(bu)12个,探索党(dang)(dang)的建设与社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)育(yu)人融合(he)(he)推(tui)进(jin)体系。推(tui)行首(shou)问负(fu)责(ze)制,形成(cheng)“学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)反(fan)映—集中转办—限(xian)期反(fan)馈—跟踪问效(xiao)”工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)闭环,切实做好(hao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)业、就业、心理(li)、资助、维修(xiu)等服务保(bao)障事项,回应(ying)(ying)学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)诉求1900余人次,响应(ying)(ying)率(lv)100%,推(tui)动学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)由生(sheng)(sheng)活场(chang)域向文化、教育(yu)场(chang)域转型(xing)升级。
二、一体融合 系统集成,织密学生社区治理之网
出(chu)台(tai)《关于(yu)纵(zong)深(shen)推进(jin)“一站(zhan)式(shi)”学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)内涵建设的实施(shi)方(fang)案(an)》,重构社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu),优(you)化学(xue)(xue)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu),构建党(dang)建引领、队伍(wu)入驻(zhu)、学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)参与、文化浸润、数字(zi)赋能(neng)(neng)“五(wu)位(wei)一体(ti)(ti)(ti)”社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)育人(ren)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)体(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi),共(gong)(gong)(gong)筑“双区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)”协同(tong)育人(ren)共(gong)(gong)(gong)同(tong)体(ti)(ti)(ti)。成立辅导(dao)员(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)8个,名班(ban)主任工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)1个,心(xin)理(li)(li)(li)名师工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)1个,培育特色育人(ren)项目(mu)7个、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)精(jing)品(pin)(pin)项目(mu)10个。健全“学(xue)(xue)院—班(ban)级(ji)—学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)”纵(zong)向管理(li)(li)(li)体(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)与“公寓—楼(lou)层—学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)”横(heng)向服务(wu)体(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi),建好校长(zhang)助理(li)(li)(li)团、自律委员(yuan)(yuan)会(hui),提升退役(yi)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)发(fa)(fa)展服务(wu)联合会(hui)品(pin)(pin)质(zhi),设立社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)警(jing)务(wu)室(shi),助力打造“活力社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)、自治社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)、书香社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)、平(ping)安社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)、美丽(li)社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)”。发(fa)(fa)挥“新能(neng)(neng)红盟(meng)”党(dang)建品(pin)(pin)牌示范引领作(zuo)(zuo)用,与常州第二人(ren)民医(yi)院等(deng)21个医(yi)、警(jing)、校、村(cun)、社(she)(she)(she)、企基层党(dang)组(zu)织开展结对,共(gong)(gong)(gong)建“金(jin)盾(dun)护航工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)”“普法天平(ping)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)”“救在身边工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)室(shi)”,组(zu)织“防诈同(tong)心(xin),反诈同(tong)行”“网络安全进(jin)社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)”“急救技能(neng)(neng)进(jin)社(she)(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)”等(deng)教育活动。
三、一体推进 高效运行,释放学生社区治理之力
印发《关于在“一(yi)站式(shi)”学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)综(zong)合管理模(mo)式(shi)建设(she)中充分发挥基(ji)层党(dang)组(zu)(zu)织战斗堡(bao)垒作用(yong)和党(dang)员(yuan)先(xian)锋模(mo)范作用(yong)的实(shi)施方案》《“一(yi)站式(shi)”学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)建设(she)部(bu)门责任(ren)清单》,引(yin)领基(ji)层党(dang)组(zu)(zu)织与广大(da)党(dang)员(yuan)自觉(jue)冲在社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)建设(she)“第(di)(di)一(yi)线”、服务(wu)学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)“最前沿”。校(xiao)院领导(dao)干部(bu)带头践行(xing)“一(yi)线规则”,在社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)宣讲形势政策、参加(jia)组(zu)(zu)织生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)(huo)、参与党(dang)日活(huo)(huo)(huo)动,开展“晚餐会(hui)”“下午茶”等交流活(huo)(huo)(huo)动近(jin)百场。召(zhao)开践行(xing)“五(wu)个(ge)一(yi)线”推进会(hui),137名校(xiao)外育人力量参与社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)建设(she),红纽扣研习空间(jian)、王丹法(fa)律援助等8个(ge)工作室成(cheng)功入(ru)驻学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)。举办“守望·常(chang)工业”社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)文化节,组(zu)(zu)织校(xiao)园应急救护技能大(da)赛、军(jun)事技能竞赛,开展“五(wu)育融合进社(she)(she)区(qu)(qu)”活(huo)(huo)(huo)动300余场,不断擦亮守望、乐己(ji)、永(yong)助、戎光、礼(li)耀“·常(chang)工业”育人工作品牌。入(ru)选(xuan)教育部(bu)第(di)(di)二批(pi)全国学(xue)校(xiao)急救教育试(shi)点学(xue)校(xiao),获评省高校(xiao)毕业生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)就业工作量化督导(dao)A等次、省学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)资助绩效评价优秀等次。
四、一体落实 精准滴灌,铸就学生社区治理之魂
