聚焦实践育人 完善课程机制
打造社会实践“五位一体”全链条工作体系
北(bei)京科技大学(xue)社(she)会实践(jian)(jian)在(zai)“受教(jiao)(jiao)育、长(zhang)才干、作贡献(xian)”方针(zhen)的(de)指导下,坚持社(she)会实践(jian)(jian)“全(quan)年不断线”,设立“课(ke)堂集中授(shou)课(ke)10学(xue)时,课(ke)外组团(tuan)实践(jian)(jian)14天”的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)模式,将社(she)会实践(jian)(jian)与思(si)想(xiang)政治理论(lun)课(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)改革相结合,打(da)造课(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)、过(guo)程管(guan)控、全(quan)程信息化(hua)建设、成绩评价(jia)、成果转化(hua)“五(wu)位一体”全(quan)链条工作体系,高质量推进实践(jian)(jian)教(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)。

一是以课堂教学体系强化专业性。开(kai)展(zhan)专题化授(shou)(shou)课(ke),根(gen)据教学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)重点、难点指导(dao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生进行社(she)(she)(she)会(hui)(hui)实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)选题。坚(jian)持(chi)“集中(zhong)授(shou)(shou)课(ke)10学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)时、团队实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)14天”教学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)模(mo)式,在学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生社(she)(she)(she)会(hui)(hui)实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)前科学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)设(she)计“社(she)(she)(she)会(hui)(hui)实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)概论与(yu)选题”、“社(she)(she)(she)会(hui)(hui)实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)策划与(yu)申报”、“社(she)(she)(she)会(hui)(hui)实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)施(shi)与(yu)执行”、“社(she)(she)(she)会(hui)(hui)实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)方法与(yu)技能”、“社(she)(she)(she)会(hui)(hui)实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)总结(jie)与(yu)成果”5次(ci)理(li)论课(ke)程。编(bian)写出版《大学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生社(she)(she)(she)会(hui)(hui)实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)理(li)论与(yu)实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)务(wu)》(高等(deng)教育出版社(she)(she)(she)),强(qiang)化社(she)(she)(she)会(hui)(hui)实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)理(li)论与(yu)实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)务(wu)指导(dao)。编(bian)写《实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)绘就最美青春(chun)——党(dang)的(de)十(shi)八大以来(lai)北科大青年服务(wu)国家实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)风采录》,将实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)教学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)经验总结(jie)提升为理(li)论知(zhi)识,为学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生开(kai)展(zhan)社(she)(she)(she)会(hui)(hui)实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)提供可借(jie)鉴、可参考的(de)“锦囊妙计”,确保实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)教学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)有案可循、有例可依。
二是以过程管控体系强化安全性。采取项目(mu)化组团模式,充分调动学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)开展社(she)会(hui)(hui)实践(jian)(jian)的(de)主动性(xing)、创造性(xing),培养团队精(jing)神(shen)、自立意(yi)识、协作(zuo)能力。严格管理(li)(li),要(yao)求学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)团队必须依托合理(li)(li)的(de)实践(jian)(jian)项目(mu)进行申报,邀(yao)请1名相(xiang)关(guan)领域教(jiao)(jiao)师把关(guan)指导(dao)(dao)(每(mei)年200余名教(jiao)(jiao)师参(can)与,师生(sheng)比(bi)达(da)1:15),制定明确(que)的(de)实践(jian)(jian)目(mu)标、周(zhou)密(mi)的(de)策划、详(xiang)细的(de)安全(quan)预案。坚持“预防(fang)为主、安全(quan)第(di)一(yi)”原则(ze),建立“五道防(fang)线”:(1)面(mian)向全(quan)体(ti)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)开展不少于l学(xue)(xue)时(shi)的(de)案例式安全(quan)教(jiao)(jiao)育;(2)要(yao)求学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)自学(xue)(xue)安全(quan)知识,制定安全(quan)预案,签订(ding)《实践(jian)(jian)安全(quan)个人承诺(nuo)书》;(3)保证全(quan)体(ti)参(can)与实践(jian)(jian)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)拥有意(yi)外伤害短期(qi)险;(4)在实践(jian)(jian)开始前邮寄《致学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)家长的(de)一(yi)封信》,让学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)家长配合学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)做好学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)安全(quan)监管工作(zuo);(5)要(yao)求指导(dao)(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)师在社(she)会(hui)(hui)实践(jian)(jian)期(qi)间随时(shi)与学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)保持联系,安排专(zhuan)职教(jiao)(jiao)师暑(shu)期(qi)全(quan)程值班,第(di)一(yi)时(shi)间解决突(tu)发情(qing)况。

三是以全程信息化体系强化精准性。自主开发“大学生(sheng)社会实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)”课程(cheng)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)化(hua)指导平(ping)台,集“社会实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)课程(cheng)网”、“社会实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)管(guan)理信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)系统(tong)(tong)”、“社会实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)微(wei)足迹记(ji)录(lu)系统(tong)(tong)”于一体,实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)现全员(yuan)覆盖(gai)、常态运行。其中,“社会实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)课程(cheng)网”涵(han)盖(gai)教(jiao)学信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)发布、教(jiao)学资源下载、实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)风采展示等功能;“社会实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)管(guan)理信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)系统(tong)(tong)”实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)现课程(cheng)实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)施(shi)全过程(cheng)的信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)化(hua)管(guan)理;“社会实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)微(wei)足迹记(ji)录(lu)系统(tong)(tong)”提供实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)跟踪(zong)与反馈的平(ping)台,实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)时关注实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)动态,指导学生(sheng)聚焦实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)践(jian)主题(ti)开展相(xiang)关活动。
四是以成绩评价体系强化科学性。制定(ding)(ding)科学(xue)(xue)规范的实(shi)(shi)践成(cheng)果评(ping)(ping)价体系(xi),采取(qu)量化(hua)(hua)(hua)评(ping)(ping)分与综(zong)合(he)评(ping)(ping)比相(xiang)结(jie)合(he)的评(ping)(ping)价考核方式。量化(hua)(hua)(hua)评(ping)(ping)分包含授(shou)课和实(shi)(shi)践两环节,授(shou)课成(cheng)绩(ji)占15%,依据(ju)学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)参与3次集中(zhong)授(shou)课的情况客观评(ping)(ping)定(ding)(ding);实(shi)(shi)践成(cheng)绩(ji)占85%,依据(ju)社(she)会(hui)实(shi)(shi)践登记表(biao)、总结(jie)报(bao)告、团队(dui)答辩展示效(xiao)果综(zong)合(he)评(ping)(ping)定(ding)(ding)。实(shi)(shi)践课程(cheng)分数(shu)进(jin)入学(xue)(xue)生(sheng)成(cheng)绩(ji)单。综(zong)合(he)评(ping)(ping)比强(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)“以评(ping)(ping)促优”导向,评(ping)(ping)选社(she)会(hui)实(shi)(shi)践先进(jin)个人、十佳标兵、优秀团队(dui)、精品(pin)成(cheng)果等,促进(jin)实(shi)(shi)践教学(xue)(xue)工作进(jin)一(yi)步精细化(hua)(hua)(hua)。

五是以成果转化体系强化实效性。依托社(she)会(hui)实(shi)践(jian)(jian)“金(jin)种子(zi)”培育计划,选拔立意深、视角新、特色强的(de)团队(dui)进(jin)(jin)行(xing)重(zhong)点指导,促进(jin)(jin)实(shi)践(jian)(jian)教学(xue)成果多元化(hua)(hua)(hua)、专门化(hua)(hua)(hua)、深度化(hua)(hua)(hua)涌现(xian)。学(xue)生通过学(xue)校“摇篮杯”科技(ji)创新竞赛(sai)、首都(dou)高校思(si)政课(ke)社(she)会(hui)实(shi)践(jian)(jian)优(you)秀论文评选活动、“挑战(zhan)杯”首都(dou)大学(xue)生课(ke)外学(xue)术科技(ji)作品(pin)竞赛(sai)等(deng)平台,将社(she)会(hui)实(shi)践(jian)(jian)成果深度转(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua),有效避(bi)免参与社(she)会(hui)实(shi)践(jian)(jian)的(de)盲目(mu)性,深化(hua)(hua)(hua)对课(ke)堂教学(xue)内(nei)容的(de)再(zai)思(si)考(kao)、再(zai)运(yun)用(yong)(yong),使(shi)实(shi)践(jian)(jian)教学(xue)由“用(yong)(yong)手用(yong)(yong)脚的(de)具(ju)体行(xing)动”转(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)为(wei)“入脑(nao)入心的(de)系统(tong)认识”。
在(zai)未来,该(gai)校将在(zai)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)社(she)(she)(she)会(hui)(hui)实(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)课(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)信息化(hua)水平,推进社(she)(she)(she)会(hui)(hui)实(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)基(ji)地(di)质(zhi)量提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)(sheng),优化(hua)社(she)(she)(she)会(hui)(hui)实(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)成果转(zhuan)化(hua)推广(guang)体系(xi)等(deng)方面,通过(guo)成立实(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)育人质(zhi)量提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)领导小组(zu),建(jian)(jian)设(she)新(xin)版(ban)“社(she)(she)(she)会(hui)(hui)实(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)课(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)网(wang)”,完(wan)(wan)善社(she)(she)(she)会(hui)(hui)实(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)课(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)教案,探索建(jian)(jian)设(she)社(she)(she)(she)会(hui)(hui)实(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)慕课(ke)(ke)课(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng),制(zhi)(zhi)定实(shi)(shi)施(shi)“社(she)(she)(she)会(hui)(hui)实(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)精品(pin)基(ji)地(di)培(pei)育计划(hua)”,开办社(she)(she)(she)会(hui)(hui)实(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)精品(pin)成果转(zhuan)化(hua)训练(lian)营等(deng)重(zhong)要举措及健(jian)全实(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)课(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)教学机(ji)(ji)制(zhi)(zhi),创新(xin)设(she)计系(xi)列内(nei)容主题,完(wan)(wan)善配套师资队伍建(jian)(jian)设(she),建(jian)(jian)立健(jian)全实(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)经费补助机(ji)(ji)制(zhi)(zhi),搭建(jian)(jian)实(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)成果转(zhuan)化(hua)机(ji)(ji)制(zhi)(zhi),建(jian)(jian)立实(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)监督运行(xing)机(ji)(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)等(deng)制(zhi)(zhi)度保障,确保实(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)育人精品(pin)项(xiang)目建(jian)(jian)设(she)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)稳步推进,切实(shi)(shi)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)北京科技大学实(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)育人工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)质(zhi)量。
