“办好(hao)思(si)想政(zheng)治理(li)论(lun)课(ke)(ke),最根(gen)本(ben)的是要全面贯彻党(dang)的教(jiao)育方针,解决(jue)好(hao)培养(yang)什么(me)人(ren)、怎样培养(yang)人(ren)、为谁培养(yang)人(ren)这个根(gen)本(ben)问题。”18日(ri),习近(jin)平总书(shu)记主持(chi)召开学校思(si)想政(zheng)治理(li)论(lun)课(ke)(ke)教(jiao)师座(zuo)谈会并发(fa)表重(zhong)要讲话,从党(dang)和国家事业(ye)发(fa)展的全局出发(fa),为新时代学校思(si)想政(zheng)治理(li)论(lun)课(ke)(ke)建(jian)设指明(ming)前行方向,对广大思(si)想政(zheng)治理(li)论(lun)课(ke)(ke)教(jiao)师提出殷切期望。
思(si)(si)政(zheng)课要(yao)(yao)全面贯(guan)(guan)彻(che)党的教(jiao)育方(fang)针,这是必(bi)须要(yao)(yao)坚(jian)守的根本原则。新(xin)时代(dai)(dai)贯(guan)(guan)彻(che)党的教(jiao)育方(fang)针,要(yao)(yao)坚(jian)持(chi)马克(ke)思(si)(si)主(zhu)(zhu)义(yi)指导地(di)位,贯(guan)(guan)彻(che)习(xi)近(jin)平新(xin)时代(dai)(dai)中(zhong)国特色社会主(zhu)(zhu)义(yi)思(si)(si)想,坚(jian)持(chi)社会主(zhu)(zhu)义(yi)办学方(fang)向,落实立德树(shu)人(ren)的根本任务。思(si)(si)想政(zheng)治(zhi)理(li)论课是落实立德树(shu)人(ren)根本任务的关(guan)键课程。在大中(zhong)小学循序渐进、螺旋上升(sheng)地(di)开设思(si)(si)想政(zheng)治(zhi)理(li)论课非常必(bi)要(yao)(yao),是培养一代(dai)(dai)又一代(dai)(dai)社会主(zhu)(zhu)义(yi)建设者(zhe)和接班人(ren)的重要(yao)(yao)保障。

要(yao)(yao)充分发挥(hui)思(si)政(zheng)课(ke)(ke)(ke)教师(shi)(shi)的(de)积极性(xing)(xing)、主动性(xing)(xing)、创造性(xing)(xing),给(ji)学(xue)生心灵埋下真善美的(de)种子,引导学(xue)生扣(kou)(kou)好人(ren)(ren)生第一(yi)(yi)粒扣(kou)(kou)子。“经师(shi)(shi)易求,人(ren)(ren)师(shi)(shi)难得。”一(yi)(yi)个(ge)人(ren)(ren)一(yi)(yi)生遇到(dao)好老师(shi)(shi),是(shi)一(yi)(yi)个(ge)人(ren)(ren)的(de)幸运;一(yi)(yi)个(ge)学(xue)校拥有好老师(shi)(shi),是(shi)这个(ge)学(xue)校的(de)光荣(rong);一(yi)(yi)个(ge)民族(zu)拥有源源不断的(de)好老师(shi)(shi),是(shi)这个(ge)民族(zu)发展(zhan)的(de)根本依靠、未来依托。面对新形势新任务,思(si)政(zheng)课(ke)(ke)(ke)只能(neng)(neng)加强不能(neng)(neng)削弱(ruo)、只能(neng)(neng)前进不能(neng)(neng)停滞、只能(neng)(neng)积极作(zuo)为不能(neng)(neng)被动应付,思(si)政(zheng)课(ke)(ke)(ke)教师(shi)(shi)必(bi)须“政(zheng)治要(yao)(yao)强、情(qing)怀要(yao)(yao)深(shen)、思(si)维要(yao)(yao)新、视野要(yao)(yao)广、自律要(yao)(yao)严、人(ren)(ren)格要(yao)(yao)正”,这24个(ge)字(zi)既是(shi)思(si)政(zheng)课(ke)(ke)(ke)教师(shi)(shi)授课(ke)(ke)(ke)水平的(de)衡量标(biao)准,也为其提高授课(ke)(ke)(ke)能(neng)(neng)力提供了努(nu)力方向(xiang)。
