7月19日至(zhi)23日,西(xi)安电子(zi)科技(ji)大学(xue)举办党(dang)委(wei)理论学(xue)习中心组(扩大)学(xue)习会(hui)暨(ji)暑期干(gan)部(bu)读(du)书(shu)(shu)研讨(tao)班,以(yi)“全(quan)面提高人才(cai)自主(zhu)培养质(zhi)量(liang)”为主(zhu)题,深(shen)入探(tan)讨(tao)如何进(jin)一(yi)步贯彻(che)落实习近平总书(shu)(shu)记(ji)关于教育(yu)的重要论述,坚持为党(dang)育(yu)人、为国育(yu)才(cai),全(quan)面提高人才(cai)自主(zhu)培养质(zhi)量(liang),着力(li)造就拔尖(jian)创新人才(cai),培养担(dan)当民族复(fu)兴大任(ren)的时代新人。校(xiao)领导(dao)、党(dang)委(wei)常委(wei),各学(xue)院(yuan)党(dang)委(wei)书(shu)(shu)记(ji)、院(yuan)长,相关职能(neng)部(bu)门负责人,部(bu)分华(hua)山学(xue)者领军教授参加本次学(xue)习会(hui)。
统一思想,凝聚共识。党(dang)(dang)委书记查显友讲(jiang)授学(xue)(xue)(xue)习贯彻习近(jin)平新时代(dai)中国特色(se)社会主义思想主题教育专题党(dang)(dang)课,并(bing)在学(xue)(xue)(xue)习会上作(zuo)总结报告(gao)。他指出(chu),本次(ci)学(xue)(xue)(xue)习会坚持问题导向,主题突(tu)出(chu)、研讨高(gao)效,是一次(ci)凝聚共(gong)识、统一思想的会议,要把本次(ci)学(xue)(xue)(xue)习成效转化为立德树人(ren)、提(ti)高(gao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)校人(ren)才自主培(pei)养质量(liang)的强烈共(gong)识和具体行动,切实推动学(xue)(xue)(xue)校内涵式高(gao)质量(liang)发展。

认清形势,坚定目标。校(xiao)长张新亮以(yi)《为(wei)(wei)党育人(ren)(ren) 为(wei)(wei)国育才(cai)(cai)(cai)——构建(jian)(jian)(jian)高(gao)质量人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)自主(zhu)培(pei)养(yang)体系(xi) 续(xu)写(xie)“西电现(xian)象”新篇章》为(wei)(wei)题作主(zhu)旨报(bao)告。他从贸易(yi)、科(ke)技(ji)、人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)等(deng)(deng)方(fang)面深(shen)入分析了国际(ji)国内局势,介绍(shao)了国家教(jiao)(jiao)育强(qiang)国、科(ke)技(ji)强(qiang)国、人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)强(qiang)国总体部署,提出“教(jiao)(jiao)育强(qiang)国,西电何为(wei)(wei)”之问,并回顾了西电在人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)培(pei)养(yang)、科(ke)技(ji)创新、师资队伍、学(xue)科(ke)建(jian)(jian)(jian)设、校(xiao)地(di)合作、保障体系(xi)等(deng)(deng)方(fang)面的建(jian)(jian)(jian)设成效,与对(dui)标高(gao)校(xiao)详细(xi)进(jin)行了横向纵向对(dui)比分析。

研学实践,拓展视野。会议邀请蒲(pu)城(cheng)县(xian)委(wei)书(shu)记(ji)、渭南经济技术开发区党工委(wei)书(shu)记(ji)张毅锋作关于县(xian)域(yu)经济、产业(ye)发展情况的专(zhuan)题报(bao)告(gao)。参(can)会人(ren)员(yuan)一起(qi)参(can)观了陕(shan)甘边革命根据地(di)照金(jin)纪(ji)念馆。按照分组,参(can)会人(ren)员(yuan)分别前往(wang)蒲(pu)城(cheng)县(xian)闫家村金(jin)银花基地(di)、党定村奶山羊基地(di)、金(jin)粟山养(yang)鸡(ji)专(zhuan)业(ye)合作社、柿(shi)子元(yuan)能科(ke)技有限(xian)公司(si)现场参(can)观调研,了解县(xian)域(yu)经济发展和乡(xiang)村振兴(xing)情况,察民(min)情、听民(min)意、解民(min)忧,谋创新之路,助推乡(xiang)村振兴(xing),真正(zheng)把科(ke)研论文(wen)写在祖国(guo)大地(di)上。
