盯紧“一个目标”,把稳“双高”建设“方向舵”
学院(yuan)党(dang)总支(zhi)紧盯(ding)“打(da)造新时代党(dang)建(jian)(jian)标杆院(yuan)系(xi)(xi)”这一(yi)核心目标,落实(shi)“五个到(dao)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)”。一(yi)是抓(zhua)(zhua)政(zheng)治引(yin)领(ling)(ling),推(tui)(tui)动(dong)组(zu)织运行机(ji)制(zhi)到(dao)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)。深(shen)化举办“四(si)(si)课(ke)”宣讲教育活动(dong),建(jian)(jian)立“三(san)必”沟(gou)通机(ji)制(zhi),畅通班子集(ji)体(ti)领(ling)(ling)导、协调(diao)运行的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)机(ji)制(zhi),实(shi)现理论(lun)学习(xi)有效度、议事决策有制(zhi)度、党(dang)建(jian)(jian)责(ze)任有力度。二是抓(zhua)(zhua)阵地管理,推(tui)(tui)动(dong)政(zheng)治把(ba)关作(zuo)用到(dao)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)。严(yan)格执(zhi)行支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)书记(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)例会(hui)等“三(san)会(hui)”制(zhi)度、讲座(zuo)论(lun)坛“一(yi)会(hui)一(yi)报制(zhi)”等,实(shi)现研(yan)判制(zhi)度体(ti)系(xi)(xi)明晰、风险应(ying)对责(ze)任明确、学术(shu)和(he)(he)社团管理明朗。三(san)是抓(zhua)(zhua)凝心铸魂(hun),推(tui)(tui)动(dong)思(si)想政(zheng)治工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)到(dao)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)。书记(ji)、院(yuan)长讲好“思(si)政(zheng)第一(yi)课(ke)”,建(jian)(jian)立师德“五制(zhi)度”,推(tui)(tui)行“三(san)导师”制(zhi)度,打(da)造全方(fang)(fang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)育人格局。四(si)(si)是抓(zhua)(zhua)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)提质(zhi),推(tui)(tui)动(dong)基层组(zu)织建(jian)(jian)设(she)到(dao)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)。支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)书记(ji)和(he)(he)专业(ye)副(fu)主(zhu)任双(shuang)兼,全面增强支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)组(zu)织力和(he)(he)战斗力;自主(zhu)研(yan)发智慧党(dang)建(jian)(jian)平(ping)台(tai),提升“互联(lian)网+党(dang)建(jian)(jian)”创造力;在实(shi)习(xi)学生、暑(shu)期“三(san)下乡”社会(hui)实(shi)践师生团队(dui)中设(she)置临(lin)时党(dang)小组(zu),实(shi)现党(dang)员(yuan)走到(dao)哪(na)里(li),党(dang)组(zu)织的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)就延伸到(dao)哪(na)里(li)。五是抓(zhua)(zhua)“双(shuang)高”建(jian)(jian)设(she),推(tui)(tui)动(dong)服务改革(ge)发展到(dao)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)。党(dang)总支(zhi)构建(jian)(jian)“四(si)(si)维(wei)联(lian)动(dong)”工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)体(ti)系(xi)(xi),创新“五强化五提升”工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)方(fang)(fang)法,党(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)打(da)造“五融合(he)双(shuang)链条”工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)模式。
